Ironmouse Departs VShojo: What's Next for the VTuber Superstar?

Ironmouse Departs VShojo

Ironmouse Announces Departure from VShojo Citing Unpaid Funds and Withheld Charity Donations
In a move that has sent shockwaves through the VTuber community, popular streamer Ironmouse has announced her departure from the talent agency VShojo. The content creator alleges significant unpaid funds and, most notably, the withholding of over half a million dollars in charity money destined for the Immune Deficiency Foundation.

In a heartfelt video released on her YouTube channel, Ironmouse, one of the founding members of VShojo, detailed the reasons behind her decision to leave the agency she has been with since its inception. With a somber tone, she explained that she could no longer remain with the company after discovering financial discrepancies.

“I have been with VShojo for a very long time, and it’s with a heavy heart that I have to announce that I am no longer with VShojo,” Ironmouse stated in her video. She went on to claim that VShojo owes her a substantial amount of money and, more critically, has failed to transfer over $500,000 in funds raised for the Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF), a charity that is deeply personal to her.

Ironmouse, who has been open about her own struggles with Common Variable Immune Deficiency (CVID), has been a vocal advocate and fundraiser for the IDF. The alleged withholding of these donations has been a significant point of distress for the streamer and her community.
The news of her departure has been met with an outpouring of support from fans and fellow content creators. The hashtag #StandWithMouse quickly began trending on social media platforms as viewers expressed their solidarity.

Adding to the unfolding situation, fellow VShojo member Kson also announced her departure from the agency shortly after Ironmouse’s statement. In her own stream, Kson cited her own issues with unpaid funds from VShojo as the reason for her exit.

VShojo has yet to release a public statement addressing the allegations made by Ironmouse and Kson. The back-to-back departures of two of its prominent talents have raised questions and concerns within the VTuber industry regarding talent management and financial transparency.
Ironmouse has assured her fans that she will continue her activities as an independent creator.

Her announcement marks a significant turning point for both her career and the broader VTuber landscape, putting a spotlight on the importance of accountability and ethical practices within talent agencies.
